I give this office zero stars. The staff in not friendly at all. If you go in for a regular cleaning, be prepared to spend at least 30-45 minutes in the waiting area, and another 15 minutes on the dental chair before the doctor will see you. Be careful 'cause, more than likely, they will tell you that you need a root canal and a crown - at the least. Make sure you get a detailed break-down and how much it's going to cost before agreeing to having any dental work done or signing anything. If you have dental insurance, you will end up paying more than what the office is contractually obligated to charge the patient; and they will hold you responsible for the difference. Didi is the rudest person in that office, she has a condescending attitude, which is spreading like cancer to the rest of the employees there. Anyone experiencing unethical treatment from this office should report them to your HMO or PPO insurance, B B B,and the Dental Board of California. Someone needs to put a stop their unethical business practice. We need to speak up are report businesses who take advantage of people.
