Review content:
It was quite the foreshadowing first visit, I waited 30 minutes just to take ex-rays and have to sit for another 45 minutes to actually see the Dr.. While waiting, both times, numerous people complained about their service as well only to be scoffed at by the receptionist. I finally got in the back room just to wait another 30 to see the doctor and she ended up getting up to leave ""for a second"" and had me waiting another 20 minutes. I was promised that someone would look at my exrays and discuss them with me and no one ever did. I recently just called about needing to follow up with the exrays and the receptionist basically made me feel like an idiot for even asking about them and assumed since they had written my diagnosis in my chart that I should have known abotu them. I have to say, however, the worst part about the office really is the receptionists. I've never had to deal with such rude people and not only that, but also very defensive and belittling. And it's not just me, believe me. A few people in my office have had the same complaint. Pros: None that come to my head right now. Cons: Basically everything you can think of.
