Review content:
Receptionist was exceptionally nice over the phone but as soon as you get in there, wow, super aggressive, mean and condescending. I was brought in right away, put in a chair but had to wait, I kid you not, a full hour before anyone saw me?. And when they did it was for a quick 10 minutes. I was examined by a woman who didn't even introduce herself and she scares me into believing that I needed a $65 oral cancer screening which consisted of gargling vinegar for a minute and followed up by a quick glance in the mouth with a black light then informed I was fine. Total scam people!!!! As soon as you walk into the office you are handed a pamphlet about oral cancer while you watch a horrible movie about people dieing from it. Now that the exam is over I don?t get a cleaning but instead I?m told I need to schedule three appointments for deep cleaning when 6 months ago I just had one. I decided that there was something definitely wrong with this place so I tell the receptionist that I?m going to another dentist and that I need my x-rays, which I personally brought in by the way, and I?m told it will cost me $50 to have them. Now I?m in the lobby and I hear the secretary telling clients what dental procedures they needed to have done like she is the expert, hello, you are a secretary and you aren?t qualified to do that. Before I even have a chance to leave I hear a dental hygienist telling a client, who wanted to change their appointment ,that she had to drive up from Mexico for that appointment and that they had better not change it. Meanwhile another man comes in raging mad about how he had been wronged by these people. How are these people still in business I will never know but beware folks!!!!!
Pros: There are no pros about this place
Cons: big time scam and very unprofessional
