Carlitos is NOT Francisco's by any means. Carlitos is a new Mexican restaurant with new owners, new food, and a whole new atmosphere. They are in no way affiliated with the originators of Fransisco's or the Oropeza family. If you do want the same loved Francisco's food, please go to Pronto Market at 592 Antelope Blvd in Red Bluff, Ca.
