This company is not to be trusted. We've disputed an $82 bill but being it was such a small amount, we've paid the $82 to get it off of our credit report or at least show paid in full on our 3 major credit bureau reports. This was over 8 weeks ago. They (Credit Bureau of Opelousas) stated that they would report it to the credit bureau's and it was not reported. They also stated that they would send us a receipt for our credit card statement and to date we have not received that receipt. We have reported this company (credit bureau of opelousas) the national chamber of commerce, and the Federal Trade Commission. As private investigators, we know reputable companies and this is not a reputable company because of the fabrications that we were told. We filed these compliants on our official letterhead to verify their facts. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SHOULD YOU NEED TO HIRE DEBT COLLECTORS NOR DO NOT TAKE OUT A PAYDAY LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.
