I own a 1913 Craftsman in West Seattle that had half new plumbing and half old all in a fully finished basement. I had exposed pipes of all shapes, sizes and types connecting to who knew what and where behind the wall board. Not only did she figure out the plumbing, she put it all in the walls and suggested additions that hadn't even crossed my mind. Oh, and she also brought in a new water line from the street. Total expertise!! Zan gave me an estimate before she started and that's what I paid. Trust me - she's the best and I highly recommend her no matter how big your job.
