Review content:
I drove all the way down to Cycle Path from Seattle to purchase a Pivot Mach 4 (completely sold out in WA). My buying experience was great. I was encouraged to take the bike out for a ""real"" test ride as opposed to just riding around in the parking lot or around the block. I wanted a few components swapped out and they did that on the spot with no problems and we took the extra time needed to dial in the fit and adjust suspension for to my liking. I used to race XC in college but have been out of the tech stuff for almost 7 years now, so I had a ton of questions all of which were answered to a level that showed these guys knew what they were talking about. They're a cool bunch, I like bike shops that don't mind letting you watch them work on your bike which was the case here. I got to ask more questions while they were setting the bike up. Added bonus, it was a hot day and my pug was going to overheat in the car, so they let me bring her inside and hang out while I went test riding bikes. I will be visiting here whenever I come to Portland from now on. Pros: Awesome service and attention Cons: Far away from Seattle
