In finishing the build on my house, one of the many things we had to do was get bids on our shutters. We called 5 local companies and of those only 3 actually showed up to the appointments. Sundance was one of those, and the estimate went so smoothly! After spending hours with the other bids, we were just exhausted and confused. Every company had different opinions and pushed different things. It was so nice to get some straight answers from a representative who has been in the business for so long. The samples were very impressive and they used a device that made the quoting process really fast! I think the initial appointment was only 20 min! I was shocked! Their price was right and the quality exceeded the others. We visited their showroom before placing the order, and after seeing a few other showrooms this is what sealed the deal. We placed the order, got a sweet letter of apprecaition for choosing them, and when our shutters arrived they called us and updated us with our options for installation. The installers were quite curteous and clean, and fast too! I cannot say how impressed I was with the whole process. It is nice to deal with a company that stands by its word and delivers on their promise--Hard to find in Vegas these days. Thank you Sundance, I will recommend you to all my neighbors!
Pros: Great customer service, friendly people, beautiful product!
Cons: Shutters take 8 wks...long time to wait, but it was worth it
