I would never reccomend someone to live her. When we moved in, there was still food in some cupboards from previous renters, the shower was filthy, and the second bedroom always smelled like cat urine. The maintenence people eventually came when there was a problem, kept the sidewalks free of snow, etc. But other tenents had the management people in their apartments without consent, (example: they went into the unit above me without notifying the tenents or even knocking, and walked in on the wife sleeping ""unclothed"" and admitted to doing it more than once). With that said, moving out was horrible. There was a spot on the carpet, and we knew before we moved that section would need to be replaced, but they replaced ALL the carpet, charged us for washing walls and painting them, as well as another ~$300 in miscellaneous costs. Then when my husband called and asked what the charges were, the receptionist hung up on him. When he went there, she locked the door to the office, (and he was being polite by MY standards)! All-in-all, our apartment was gross, mediocre in service, overpriced, and an overall pain. Pros: Good maintenence, nice landscaping Cons: limited parking, dirty, unkept units, out-dated
