Review content:
Due to the number of positive reviews on this site, I decided to go with this company. Once the movers arrived, I realized that they were not Queens Best Movers, but a separate company that was subcontracted. The terms that were agreed with Queens Best were not honored and the new movers flippantly said that Queens Best were just their bookers and they ""always"" mislead customers. Please BE AWARE that what you agree to may not be what you'll end up with. Had I known that this was a booking service, I would have never gone with them and instead chosen a company that I made an arrangment with directly.
