Review content:
Delayed installment: I paid deposit Oct. 31 and was promised install Dec. 21. The stove was installed Feb. 21. After first missed date, I called weekly for three consecutive weeks trying to get a new install date, yet no callback. Finally I started getting callbacks, but only to reschedule installment dates. They repeatedly canceled on the day before installment. The last failed date (six missed in all) Woodburners did not even call.
The installers drilled eight unnecessary holes in my roof while they figured out where the braces should go. While they sealed these holes, surely this is inexperience. Additionally the installers left the factory stickers on every piece of pipe going up the outside of the house and left me a huge pile of trash (4 foot square) to dispose of for them. Finally, the stove door does not seal as tightly as it should.
