Review content:
If there was an option for ""no stars"", I would choose it. I joined GISFW in Arlington last year and it was an expensive mistake for several reasons. First, I was injured within my first week there and it took many, many months to obtain a partial and unsatisfactory refund. Secondly, I was insulted repeatedly by the owner who insinuated that my injury and 4 doctor's notes were a sham. Thirdly, the workout routine is a cookie cutter approach to fitness. Whether you're 20 years old or 75, the trainers will put you through the same exact workout with little or no consideration for individual needs and/or limitations. Fourthly, their ""nutritional plan"" consisted of a one-page instruction sheet suggesting several protein shakes a day. Lastly, this was a ridiculous price to pay for any workout facility, let alone one that is substandard. With so many wonderful fitness centers and Personal Trainers in Arlington, it's just plain silly to choose this place. I for one have learned my lesson and now just stick to the basics; a healthy, balanced diet and regular exercise. I strongly suggest you do the same.
Cons: Cookie cutter workouts, no refund policy even if injured
