Review content:
I joined this gym/weight-loss center to get some help and support for getting back in shape. The cost is very high, but the support that was promised would have been excellent, on both the exercise and nutrition fronts. Unfortunately, reality does not at all resemble what is advertised. The nutritional support is a joke. The ""diet"" is ridiculous and you receive nothing more than a couple of pages of badly xeroxed instructions and a brush off, ""give it a try and if it doesn't work out we'll talk about something else"". That's the nutritional support. Really. Exercise-wise, the trainers are very young, very inexperienced, and not careful about individual limitations. After months of attendance they continue to ask me to do exercises that are impossible given my specific and relatively minor physical limitation. But mostly they do little more than chat about personal matters. To be honest, that has begun to change for the better lately, but still the trainer support is not nearly what it should be. I decided to write this review after I read the other reviewer - my experience was almost identical - the problems are not just the complaints of one cranky person. If you are tempted to join, stop, think, run in the other direction and save yourself some money and regrets. I wish I had. Pros: I won't fall for this again. Ever. Cons: Everything else
