Review content:
I am new to Citysearch and hesitate to say anything negative about anyone, but when I saw the two reviews here for GISFW, I felt it important to respond. I was a member at this facility in 2008 and my experience and opinion are nearly identical to the two already expressed. First of all, the owner is not a fitness professional and knows absolutely nothing about nutrition. And he seems to feel no ethical obligation to provide any service for the very high price he charges. Secondly, I concur that his trainers are young, immature, at times irresponsible and gave me little to no input on my exercise routine. In fact, when I was a member, one of the trainers was repeatedly late in the morning and once didn't show up at all. Additionally, they could never seem to remember my physical constraints despite the fact that I saw them 3 times a week. It was appauling to me to have paid such a high price for personal training and then not receive it. When my membership was up (after 6 months), I left, never to return. I strongly recommend that anyone considering membership here, reconsider. This is not a place of value or integrity. I am sorry to see women being ""taken"" for such large sums of money when there are so many affordable, convenient, quality fitness centers in Arlington. Pros: Once the owner had my money, I never saw him again Cons: Overly expensive, failing to deliver value
