Do NOT do business with the Hitching Post. The service department is a bunch of complete. Brought my son's bike in for simple repairs and left with oil spewing out the top of the front cylinder head and the tachometer not working!! In trying to loosen a rusted screw, their tech cracked it with an impact hammer and broke the tach mount clean off the rocker box inside the front cylinder head. Major work is now needed to repair these problems, and the Hitching Post is unwilling to accept responsibility. The bike was in great mechanical condition when we brought it in, as verified by them during a detailed 10-minute inspection upon check-in. The bike was old, but it was the boy's dream bike and his first major purchase. These crooks ruin his bike and claim they had nothing to do with it. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE HITCHING POST IN HOPKINS!
