Having Larry Poole of A Firm Foundation Inc. as my home inspector actually added to my investment of buying a home. His knowledge, honesty and objective insight put my mind at ease. By leaving no stone unturned, he saved me $5,300.00 by finding that my HVAC system was dead and not worth repairing. The seller agreed to replace the entire system before closing. Because of Larry's detailed and qualified eyes, I was also able to get allowances from the seller to replace the front and rear door, as well as the kitchen appliances.
