Called and requested a price. They gave me a price. Called the next day, when I was free, to ask if they still had the part. Guess what: new higher price. Drove to pick up the part, over 30 minutes, get there and new even higher price. I understand they need to make profit, but how about not taking it people? I wanted to support my local community and give them a chance at my business, but at over twice the price of on online store, for a used part non the less, why should I give them my business? Bought part online, new, for 1/3 of there third price. I know they get there used parts dirt cheap. I work for a company that sells them used PCs and laptops by the pallet for dirt cheap. There is a reason why we are no longer using those components. Even if they do mix and match parts to create a working laptop/PC, which we could do, the issue that caused the original defect still exist. You can buy new laptops, with real factory warranties, cheap and buy parts online cheap. There is no reason to support this business; they are just a for quick cheap buck and have no concern for the community
