To make an example of the type of people these are, let's look at the owner's wifes (who is ""harwoodie"") business Aaron's Painting, which is a very good name for her company since when you call you expect to talk to a man. But in fact, you get the real owner, Jennifer, on the phone and she tells you that she's going to come out and give you a price. She knows nothing of the painting industry, does the job half-ass, leaves midway through after taking all or most of the money and when the customer calls to complain, she tells them that they're going to have to take their problem up w/Aaron (who doesn't even exist!!) because it doesn't have anything to do with her, she's just a worker.
