Businiess name:  Metzger's German Restaurant

Review content:
Ann Arbor is of German heritage, and Metzgers carries on the flavor. Once located in downtown, sometime ago moved to the west side off I-94 at Zeeb rd. Ann Arbor used to have more German restaurants, and many are gone, but at Metzgers the traditon carries on. The sauerbraten is typically what we come for, but we have had many other meals. I also reccomend the pork shank. The German potato salad is great and there are always daily specials. I have seen large families dine and also couples. It's very friendly and fun. We have always had good service, and prompt seating. It is not easy to find German food like this, so if you like it, or haven't expierienced any, Metzgers is a great place to go. Pros: mmmm.....sauerbraten Cons: too far from where I live
