This Kmart location definitely needs a class in customer service. Employees are very VERY rude.. Even the way the employees answer the phone and questions over the phone is poor. I don't believe the manager cares if they go out of business with the attitude toward customers. I went to buy a large item and stood patiently in line (30 minutes with kids in tow) to ask a question (not even being helped yet) - an older employee went off on me while I was in line saying that I was the reason the line was backed up (a real loon who should be fired IMMEDIATELY). The reason I was waiting in line is that there was a customer in front of me being serviced (how in hell was I the reason the line was backed up when I was standing in line waiting?????!!!!!)... I talked to the manager of Kmart, who seemed indifferent about how her employees treat the customers. I would not recommend using this Kmart in any way, shape or form = EVER. If they don't care to sell large ticket items (hint... $$$$$) why would they care about any form of customers?
Pros: Go to a different Kmart - avoid this location
