I came to Dean Team with several cars in mind, and a budget to follow. Richard was more than happy to help me on my 5 day long search for the car I wanted. He returned phone calls immediatly, found me a BETTER deal on a BETTER car than 3 other dealerships I visited prior to my stop at Dean Team and he stayed late(on two occasions) to help me find other options. No pushy sales tactics, just a great deal on a great car. Richard wasn't afraid to make friendly suggestions to make the buying process easier, and was full of helpful information.
