Review content:
Food used to be great. They have become so successful, they no longer care about the quality of the food. The chicken kiev was bland - nothing to it; anyone could make it. However, there may be hope for the desserts. The Napoleon was delicious - fresh, creamy, well done! Please return to the standards you once had which made it a delight to eat at Moscow on the Hill.
