The prices are fair, but that's about the only good thing I can say. I requested that a system be put together for me. I picked a case and set some requirements, everything that could go wrong went wrong. They gave me a price, I accepted and they ordered. They picked a motherboard that didn't fit the case, so I had to spend more for the case. They picked the wrong memory, and the other memory supposedly costed more. I had asked for a TV Tuner card, they installed the OEM version without the remote control, so that cost more. After using it for a while and have 3 out of 4 of the drives fail, I came to find that the wrong kind of drives were used for my application and they wouldn't exchange them! I don't mind paying extra for good service and skill, when it exists!
