Review content:
Today a nice young man stopped by my house to offer me a free estimate on replacement windows. It was great timing since I am planning to change my windows before winter hits. Once we decided on a date and time I was asked to confirm with his boss by phone. The man on the phone was abrasive a rude. He refused to give me an estimate just bc I didn't have an hour to spend talking with the salesman. I got a great quote from Stratton Exteriors that took all of 20min with absolutely no hassle. I will not be using Remodel America and I will spread the word to friends and neighbors about the way I was treated today 7/31/07.
Pros: Didn't have chance to find out
Cons: Rude, Poor communication skills
