I am buying a HUD owned house, and this company is so slow, they promise they will close it within 45 days. And it has been 100 days since the day I am under contract. Called them a lot of times, every time they say it will be closed this week or next week. But then nothing... Keep postpone for no reason. Keep telling me to wait. They just want you pay for the extension fee and rip you off! Every extension cost $150, and you will need to pay even you did nothing wrong.
