I think EVERYONE should workout here! The instructors are all top notch and extremely knowledgeable about the body. I have back problems and each instructor had very helpful hints and modifications specialized just for me, but I still got a great workout and learned so many new excercises on the machines. I even felt strong days later. The staff are also very fun and friendly. They make you feel right at home. And the price is right on, especially since their mat classes are so small that you're practically getting a private session for a fraction of the cost!
