Here it is, the best mexican restaurant around. From the start with complimentary beans and chips to the finish with fried ice cream (flameado) this authentic mexican restaurant surpasses any expectations you come with. My favorite dish has to be the ""Pollo Sarandeado"" also called Chicken Tia Esther. Out of all the mexican restaurants I've been to in California, Las Vegas and Texas this is the best dish I have ever had. If chicken isn't your ""thing"" the dish also comes in shrimp, which is also an excellent dish and my Dad's favorite. Sometimes I switch it up and order the shrimp and make my own shrimp tacos with the tortillas that come with the meal which are, of course, made in the restaurant by somebody's abuelita (grandma). It is made with an original sauce I have yet to see duplicated elsewhere. There are two appetizers that I enjoy eating before my Tia Esther, the ""Papa Chencho"" which is a sampler plate of jalapeno poppers, quesadillas, and flautas and ceviche. If you like carnitas the ""Coca-Cola carnitas"" are an amazing taste. So seriously, CHECK IT OUT! And P.S the hostesses are very attractive.
