Review content:
The following is just my opinion and my experience: Unfortunately rents are high everywhere so the move-in specials, no deposit offers are appealing but do not be deceived. During the time I lived at this complex I witnessed more than I ever expected. The police are at this complex regularly due to domestic violence, fighting and other unsavory behavior. If you have children, this could be a dangerous place. Since there are tenants with questionable character, beware. I was told by others about child abuse, illegal substances, mold. The police have responded to wandering toddlers more than once. One of the managers told me that there were needles found at the school bus stop area and a meth lab that was shut down in or near one of the buildings. Of course, this is hearsay so feel free to judge for yourself. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because the latest manager and the mainainace people were always very nice to me. Now that I have gone, my security deposit was not returned because the apartment needed painted and the carpet needed cleaned. One would assume, that is routinely done but apparently it is done not on their dime. Most of the residents move at night and on weekends, leaving horrible messes but it appears there is no value in painstakingly cleaning and spackling either. Keep looking.
