Without a doubt, Griffin's classes are addicting, fun, and a rigorous complete total-body workout. After a stressful day at work, I look forward to completely unwind and release ALL stress in Griffin's class. I feel that every muscle cell is activated and stimulated through the kettlebell training in comparison to traditional resistant training. In addition, I have seen a massive transformation with Griffin's body in the past 6 months from his kettlebell training. By seeing his results, his clients results, I knew it was a MUST for me to attend. Positively the BEST decision I've made for my health in years!!!!
Pros: Great class, great music, and great instructor...
