I felt like I was home as soon as I walked in. The personal care and quality of service is outstanding. This place offers everything you need to stay in shape: weight training, spin classes and pilates. The outside spinning area is awesome, you feel like you are on a real spin ride. All of their sessions are conducted by highly skilled trainers with years of experience. They worked with me with my surgically repaired knee and got me in perfect shape for ski season. I love that they train individuals to attain certain goals, I'm now working on my golf training for the summer, and they are helping with my driving distance and flexibility. It is conveniently located, this place was perfect for me on my way to work to Downtown/Brickell area coming from the south.I highly recommend you giving these guys a try, I love it there!
Pros: No memberships. No contracts. Free parking in the heart of the Grove. Great atmosphere!
