OK, yesterday was the first ""big test"" after your hypnosis treatment: My first major holiday with family and friends, throwing a bbq and all the stuff that comes along with that. All of my family were there! There were smokers there! I was stressed out! I was social! And I did not even think about cigarettes or smoking!! Not even once! How cool is that?!
