I have no idea what happened to Congressional. I have used them in the past and was very impressed with their professionalism and service. This last job had two different technicians. The forst was excellent, professional and left my home cleaned up. The second seemed less sure of himself and left a mess even though he cleaned up. Also, a very small detail, the plates to cover the new light switch as well as the existing was never provided. It was promised several times but never materialized. This is less than a $10 item but now no one will return my calls and it has completely soured my impression of this company.
