I'm still waiting on my sofa, so I'll withhold final judgment. That said, the purchasing process was a good one. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had trouble narrowing down fabric choices. And, a $599 sofa quickly became a $1,000 one--just because of the fabric. If I had chosen some of the other options the price could have been higher still. Don't go in expecting a bargain. But, given that it is customized and manufactured locally, the price does seem fair.
Pros: Many styles, fabrics, other options to choose from. Staff.
Cons: Too many options? Price escalates quickly.
