My Jeep was at a different transmission shop for a second oppinion. that shop was supposed to call me the next day with an estimate but never did. come to find out they removed my transmission and took it all apart. Jim returned my phone call on a Sunday afternoon and talked to me about my situation, he gave me some valuable advise. They picked my Jeep up from the other shop at no charge to me. My transmission was now in a box in the back of the Jeep. Jim knew I had a time frame in which I needed my Jeep back in service. I had to pay more then I was anticipating but the other shop did not get one penny of my money! Jim and his guys took my tranny and gave me one that was already rebuilt with a 18k mi warranty and I had my Jeep back in two days!! They are all very polite and will take all the time you need to answer ALL your questions and make you feel comfortable that you are in good, trustworthy hands. Don't waste your time like me and just take your car to them the first time!
Pros: Very Good Customer Service, Honesty, Very Helpfull
Cons: should of used them First!
