I was at the end of my rope. My doctor was pushing surgery... and then I was looking through a local magazine and found an ad for Weight Control by Shaun Eckhardt. I had the feeling he would be able to help me. When I met with him I knew that I had finally found someone who could help me help myself. I personally have over 100 punds to lose. In the first 6 weeks I lost 17 pounds! This program works but it is not easy but it is workable in your life. I highly recommend this program . Like Shaun says it may take a while and not be the easiest thing to do but the goal is attaiable. I am thrilled and very proud of myself for the progess I have made in such a short time. I feel better, I have more enrgy and my confidence is increasing. Shaun's staff iare wonderful and very supportive. And they treat each client indivdiually . You are not just a number in this program but a person.
