Review content:
Hired to pick up client from airport. Told that they would be there w/a sign at baggage claim. Client calls because no one was there. Called only to find out that the driver was there, but trying to return a cell phone to someone. That would have been fine, but he had not bothered to call the client (and had the cell phone number). And it was 30mins after the flight was due to land. Called to discuss this the next day and owner did not see this as an issue and was unprofessional in his attitued. Will not use their services again professionally nor personally.
Pros: Reasonable prices
Cons: Sub-par service and professionalism
