I was member for 2 years (though I hadn't gone for over year before the membership ended due to medical reasons). I went to the gym and canceled my membership 3 months before it was due so that I would not be charged after my membership ended. No such luck. They kept charging me. When I called, they said that they did not have a cancellation form from me and ""did I have my yellow copy"". I never received any copy and was not aware that I should. Shouldn't the people who work at the desk know what the policies are? Shouldn't they know how to cancel a membership and give the customer the correct paperwork? Now I have been charged for 3 extra months even thought I canceled my membership 3 months before my membership was to end.
