i was just poking around city search and noticed the last review of ah&f and thought I just had to write something. I have been going to arlington health & fitness for a couple of years and it is one of the best gyms that I have belong too!!! it's not one of those big chain cookie cutter gyms but a small town gym where the owner takes time to learn your name and is there all of the time. i would highly suggest this gym to anybody looking for a gym where professional good to work out and don't have to worry about high school kids running around like they own the place. two thumbs up for ah&f
