Please do not become a customer of Bridgestone Cleaners!
They have a big sign on their wall saying ""100% satisfaction or you do not pay for the cleaning"". But they won't honor it! And if you dare to question why your dress still has the same dirt marks on it that it did when you brought it in, they will say that they don't see anything. If you insist that they did a lousy job and that they should honor their guarantee, the owner himself will call you a ""cu*t"", tell you you need to get ""F$@ked in the a**"" and then, I kid you not, throw your dress into the middle of the street! This sort of verbal abuse towards customers is absolutely unacceptable under any circumstance. Please vote ""NO"" to Bridgestone Cleaners by not frequenting this establishment. There are plenty of other decent drycleaners out there that don't treat their customers this way
