I too received an email requesting a review of my experience with American Truck Group. Look, you will not come across any major problems with ATG. This company is like a well-oiled piece of machinery. If they are guilty of anything, it is that they want to do business with everyone and I mean 24/7. I give them high marks for attempting to do anything and everything they can for the customer. If I had to find something, anything negative to say about this company it would be that they are possibly stretched a little thin personnel wise. Having said this, on a scale of 1 to 10, I would still give them a 9.5 for their program.
