Review content:
When there is a place called ""fast glass"" you kind of expect this place to cater to you. If you don't want business.. you should have a name like, ""i'm a big mean man and I don't want your business glass."" I called and asked if someone can come out and give me an estimate for a shelving unit because it's an odd shape and I didn't have the measurement. He told me I had to come to him. Well, I work in a small business, I can't really afford the lock up my shop and leave. I told him this, and he just went off on me.. telling me that ""he couldn't run around town to assist me either!' Um, what? Isn't that what you do? Isn't that what the name ""fast glass"" implies? He also decided that it would be a good idea to call me a smart alec. Now he's resorted to name calling. How professional. So I suggest to anyone in the long beach area, who is trying to support a local business, to look somewhere else. This man was terribly rude and had ABSOLUTELY NO PEOPLE SKILLS. I HAD to give him a 1 star rating. I would have given him a - star rating if it was available. Give your business to someone who wants it.
