Review content:
This was the worst rental experience we have ever had. Their rental office was not located at the airport as previously stated, but a shuttle ride away (shuttle never showed up, so we had to rent a cab). We arrived at the office to find several other disgruntled people waiting for cars they had rented, but were not there. The rental agency claimed that the cars had not been returned when expected. However, there were five groups ahead of us without cars and one group arrived after us, which means that seven people did not return their cars and that is just too hard to believe. They had absolutely NO VEHICLES for any of the people waiting and they had no back up plan (ie borrow cars from another USave). In the end, we rented a vehicle from Ace rental, which happened to be across the street, but it cost us twice what our rental was supposed to cost and it was not the vehicle we would have chosen. These people were unprofessional and unreliable.
