I've eaten at Tin Muffin many times with friends and family and have always liked the food and ambiance. The parking situtation is idiotic but the coffee is good. (Sidenote: The muffins really aren't very good - considering the name of this place, you'd think they would be.) Anyway, my sister and I tried to plan a baby shower here and Brent, one of the owners, was so incredibly difficult and rude that that we decided not to go through with it. \r

He acted annoyed that we were even inquiring, wouldn't give us a set price (or even a range!) or let us pay up front. He was so unpleasant and full of it that we were immediately put off, knowing that if we did go thru with the party at Tin Muffin, he would have tacked on costs in the end and basically make the experience difficult for all. Don't trust this place for any of your special events. Brent is a butthole.
