I love the food at Capt.Crabs, But the attitude of the employees is totally un acceptable. I have never seen such bad attitude. It's as if they are doing you a favor or they really don't want to be there. I have visited the one on 79nth St. and Miami Gardens which is the worse in customer service. That's the closes location to my home and I have not been there in over 6 months after an incident with an employee. The sad thing is I called corporate and they promised to follow up and I am still waiting for a call. It's a shame because I love your food. But not willing to put up with the bad attitude.
