Review content:
Man, it is the classic dive but good service and good fresh -traditional seafood dishes with great prices all of that far out way the atmosphere. This old restaurant has been beaten and battered by Mother Nature but still standing and still kicks out some killer clams and fish! MMMmmm We were in town to see a medical specialist and feeling down looking to have a nice dinner to help take our minds off of things we didn't want the crowded stereotype fish house/ crab shack that isn't worth the price we wanted something off the beaten path and this is it! Go in with Blinders and don't look around or judge this book by its cover. If they did a major overhaul they would be packed but I think they keep it this way on purpose! We went two nights in a row! They have a famous drink on their menu as well...give it a shot...it goes down so easy but packs a bite as it catches up to you...I think it is actually called TJs-Punch ha ha
Pros: Family Restaurant good homemade food no chain or pushy atmosphere
Cons: run down building needs paint job and renovated BIG TIME but worth it
