Review content:
I called them because they were close and had good reviews. However, they ripped off my 90 year-old mother, charging her $250 for a repair that should have been about $100. She was charged $120 for parts that Lowes sells for $33 and charged $120 for 15 minutes to install the parts. I called them for three days to speak to a supervisor, they said I would get a call within an hour but never did. I don?t know where they got the positive review, must be friends or family. Also, when they showed up, it was another company, Universal Garage Doors. A bit suspicious, like they?re hiding from bad reviews.
