Review content:
I'm going to give a fair and unbiased review. This is probably the most truthful review you are ever going to read. On New Years Eve my Honda sustained significant damage from a hit and run accident. On several recommendations, I brought my vehicle to Hans Auto Body. Like I said, there was significant front end damage and frame damage. The drivers side frame rail and radiator support had to be replaced. This involves welding and precise measurements. The total amont of damage exceeded 10k. To make a long story short, a month later my vehicle was returned to me in EXCELLENT condition. They did an outstanding job on the welding, the paint and other body work. Everything was lined up perfectly. Fender to hood and fender to door gaps perfect! From the outside you can't tell it was ever in a wreck. Under the hood only a trained eye looking very close can detect repair work. Excellent Job! As far as the owners personality is concerned, I would categorize him as being a little rough around the edges. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying he's a bad guy at all. What I am saying is that if you're thin skined, a Franklin Lakes Snob and or a complainer;(like the guy John below) you might get offended by someone who works in and runs a repair shop. Remember, it's a repair shop; not a restaurant or nail salon.. If that's the case, I say it's your loss. The whole reason why you bring your vehicle to a shop is to have quality repair work done; not to be sweet talked by the owner or employees. Personally, I'd rather take my vehicle to a place who employees COMPETENT technicians; who will do the job right. If you're a cry baby who gets their butt hurt, bring your vehicle to another shop up the street. The other shop will most likely screw it up. In my particular case, there aren't many repair shops that could restore my car to such a great condition; after a MAJOR accident. In my experience, 95% of shops would not do nearly as good of a job as Hans Auto Body. All too often, you hear about people who have had sub standard body work and repairs done. Well, guess what? My car was returned to me as if nothing ever happened. That's the place I will bring my vehicles to. I HIGHLY recommend them. P.S. Before some of you think the owner put me up to this; he DID NOT! If I fealt they did a crappy job, I'd have zero reservations about telling all.
