Review content:
I am all about supporting local businesses in the community, and I've endured the inconsideration of the two women who run this shop without complaint. But today was the final straw. I came in to pick up a color copy they had made from a digital file that I emailed. What I got instead was a color print from an inkjet printer. I tried to explain the difference in what I requested. The white woman, Sylvia, was very defensive and rude. She cut me off multiple times, not giving me a chance to explain, all the while masking her anger behind a passive aggressive smile. I told her there was no need to be rude and walked out after paying them. There's no point arguing with people who are so clearly embittered by life, but I refuse to patron this shop again.
