Review content:
I visited this clinic recently and was very disappointed in their service. I was told by the receptionist that I had to be in 30 minutes before to fill out new patient paper work, even though the paperwork did not take 30 minutes to fill out. So i spent plenty of time waiting in the waiting room. When it was my time with the doctor and I was finally seen it was probably 30 minutes after my appointment time and 1hr after i had gotten to the office itself. The doctor did not listen to me at all. I felt like she brushed all of my concerns off because I didn't have ""some"" symptoms and when Id talk about something else that was bothering me that wasn't necessarily the reason I was there she told me to just talk about this problem and not talk about that. why would you not talk about all your concerns? I really felt like it was a rush to get me out the door. I mean I really just went there to hear the age old saying ""dont do that"" and when I talked about symptoms of a problem I was having she replied with a list of things that she could tell by looking at my body that I didn't have therefore It was not possible. However, I had done my research on the problem before hand and I know...that you can have only a few symptoms and still have the problem.
I feel she was undereducated and would rather just be treating colds and flus. and maybe they should just stick to that because those people just want antibiotics not real bedside manner.
Pros: Nice office, clean rooms, paperless patient records
Cons: Slow service, don't listen to patient
