Review content:
In January of 2010 I met Scott Hayward. I had been diagnosed with a some serious health problems like high blood pressure from my obesity level. I also suffer from depression which was the cycle that led me into such a unhealthy state. My PCP told me that I had to get the weight off or I was looking at the possibility of diabetes. At the time I was 32. Too young to be having these problems my PCP said. I wanted the easy fix of pills to get the weight off and my doctor basically told me to get my butt the gym. I started at Scott's gym just walking on the tread mill everyday. I figured this would suffice and knew nothing about lifting weights. Scott continued to talk to me about the importance of building muscle mass. I tried a few sessions because it seemed like a unresonable goal to be able to pay for personal training each month on top of my already stressed expenses. Low and behold Scott promised that if I would agree to train with him for a year he would give me an unbeatable price. I was hesitant. A year commitment seemed like a lot. Needless to say that the training that I experienced with Scott was a gift from God. Today my heart rate is awesome. My body felt like it did when I was 15. I could run again, I could take deep breathes of fresh air and I could go clothes shopping without crying at my appearance in the mirror. Over the year of training my PCP would high five me when I came into his office and would tell me it made him smile that I was making such progress. The women in his office wanted to know my secret. I told them the secret is at Body Xchange fitness training with Scott Hayward. Towards the end of the year of my training I was in a very bad car accident which caused me to not be able to train any longer which was heart wrenching. It has been six months since my accident and my body has become somewhat chubby again but I am going to get over my fear of returning to the gym. Scott knows that my heart really is that of someone that wants to succeed and he would tell me so every time we would train. I am grateful for the opportunity I had to take my body on a new level, feel my heart beat return to normal and have my PCP high five me when I came in for visits. To put my arms around myself today and care about my physical body again is an awesome gift that bodyxchange gave me. For that gift I am eternally grateful.
Very Sincerely,
Erin Albert
